What is AED Brands’ Refund Policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Items that have been tampered with or opened (such as AED pads) cannot be returned.

Our office is located at 55 Chastain Rd. NW, Kennesaw, GA, 30144. Office hours are from 8 AM-6 PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday.

No! We fill any order that is available and in stock.

Does AED Brands offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for online orders of $99 or more.

Does AED Brands ship outside of the United States?

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time for a variety of reasons. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically we ship the next business day, however, this may be affected by manufacturer backorders.

Can I make changes to an order already placed?

Of course! Call our Customer Service team at 800-580-1375 and we would be happy to make changes to the order if it has not already shipped out.

What payment options are available?

We accept credit cards, purchase orders, and invoices via credit application.
