We offer free shipping for online orders of $99 or more.

Does AED Brands ship outside of the United States?

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time for a variety of reasons. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically we ship within 3 to 5 business days, however, this may be affected by holiday hours or manufacturer backorders.

Can I make changes to an order already placed?

Of course! Call our Customer Service team at 866-259-0362 and we would be happy to make changes to the order if it has not already shipped out.
