  1. Rental Agreement: By renting Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) from AED Brands, the customer (hereinafter referred to as “Renter”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.  
  2. Rental Period: The rental period shall commence on the delivery date of the AEDs to the Renter and conclude on the date of the event as specified in the rental order. The Renter is obligated to return the rented AEDs within one week (7 days) of the event.
  3. Return of Equipment: The Renter agrees to return the equipment in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear, within seven (7) days following the conclusion of the event. A return shipping label is supplied with the AEDs.
  4. Late Return Penalty: If the Renter fails to return the AEDs within the stipulated period of seven (7) days post-event, a late penalty of $50 per day will be charged for each day the AEDs are not returned beyond the due date. This penalty is applicable until the equipment is returned or until the penalty amount equals the full replacement cost of the AEDs, whichever occurs first.
  5. Liability and Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AED Brands from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or losses caused by or arising out of the use of the rented AEDs. AED Brands is not responsible for any injury or damage during the rental period.
  6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event date may incur a cancellation fee as specified in the rental agreement.
