Ordering was easy. Shipped quickly. Got what I ordered. The reason for the loss of two stars: These things have a useful life of two years, which is understandable, given the nature of the product, and the necessity of adhesives (for the skin) to not be dried out. I'm OK with that. The problem is that the two adult pad replacements I ordered on 6/20/24 have an expiration date of 12/19/25. I lost 25% of the useful life of the product...before I even received it.

So glad we were put in touch with AED Brands. After waiting over a year to get our order filled, they filled our order the same day and we received it the next day. You can't beat that kind of service. We will definitely use them for all our AED needs. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
