How Powerheart G5 CPR Feedback Pads Coach the Rescuer

This set adds a CPR feedback device to the standard adult G5 electrodes, so the AED does two jobs: it delivers defibrillation therapy when the rhythm calls for it and coaches compression depth and rate in line with current resuscitation guidelines. Compression quality is the variable rescuers most often get wrong, and it is the one this set measures in real time. The pads are non-polarized and fit the Cardiac Science Powerheart G5. The reason for the loss of two stars: These things have a useful life of two years, which is understandable, given the nature of the product, and the necessity of adhesives (for the skin) to not be dried out. I'm OK with that. The problem is that the two adult pad replacements I ordered on 6/20/24 have an expiration date of 12/19/25. I lost 25% of the useful life of the product...before I even received it.
