The reason for the loss of two stars: These things have a useful life of two years, which is understandable, given the nature of the product, and the necessity of adhesives (for the skin) to not be dried out. I'm OK with that. The problem is that the two adult pad replacements I ordered on 6/20/24 have an expiration date of 12/19/25. I lost 25% of the useful life of the product...before I even received it.

What is an AED Machine?

An automated external defibrillator (AED) is a portable, life-saving medical device used to treat sudden cardiac arrest. Designed to be easy-to-use by the general public with little to no medical training, an AED machine can analyze a heart’s rhythm and, if necessary, deliver a controlled electrical shock (or defibrillation) to the heart to allow the heart to resume its normal beating pattern.
