What People Are Saying

  • Philips HeartStart OnSite AED Adult SMART Pads M5071A

Ordering was easy. Shipped quickly. Got what I ordered. The reason for the loss of two stars: These things have a useful life of two years, which is understandable, given the nature of the product, and the necessity of adhesives (for the skin) to not be dried out. I'm OK with that. The problem is that the two adult pad replacements I ordered on 6/20/24 have an expiration date of 12/19/25. I lost 25% of the useful life of the product...before I even received it.

  • Great Customer Service

The pediatric AED pads I ordered was on backorder. Sydney not only explained the situation to me, but also gave me a timeline when they anticipated getting the item in stock and offered me the option of cancelling my order.
