Didn't like waiting that long.

On the AED web page the price listed was $350.00 but when I checked out the price was $398.00. I was told that the adjustment would be made, I'll have to wait and see when my credit card bill comes.

I was pleased with how easy it was to find and order the correct pads for my Cardiac Science Unit. I was also very happy with Rochelle whom I spoke with using their LiveChat feature of their website when I had not received the pads. I was disappointed that I needed to contact customer service in order to find that the pads I needed had been back ordered. I feel this is something that should have either been emailed to me or a phone call been given so I wouldn't have had to investigate myself. Overall, I am very pleased at how things did get straightened out and I would probably order from them again in the future.

the AED pads that I ordered were back ordered by the Manufacturer but I was not told that. I have waited over a month and the AED pads are still not here. I get that it is not the companies fault but I had to call and ask where my order was. I was not notified that the order was back ordered so I ordered it again then realized that I had already ordered it on 4/3/13 and is order # 14741

worked pretty well. The package arrived in a very timely fashion and had the promised equipment in it.
