The screws to mount the AED to the wall were not included in the box. There was no indication that these were to be purchased separately.

The battery arrived with an install by date of May 2014. We received it in June, in our case it didn't matter since we were installing it immediately but what if we had bought it for future use??

Good product but over priced

The item was easy to order.

Felt it was a bit expensive but the order came on time and was exactly what I needed

Went to a different facility location that was not on the order form.

The battery came very fast but was addressed to the wrong person and wrong departmant which caused some confusion.

Fast delivery, but there was a missing part (battery discharger). I emailed and they were unwilling to get me a replacement as it would involve ruining another kit. I could do without it, so I didn't pursue the matter, though I think they could have gone the extra mile on this, i.e. break apart another kit, send me the missing part, and get the part replaced by their supplier for that kit. Thus 4 stars.

I was not quite sure how to get the AED machine to read the new battery. I finally figured out that you had to open the machine as if to apply first aid and the machine read the battery and kept the charge. It would have been nice to have some directions.

Everything with my order went easy and fine. No hang ups with ordering or delivery.

Received the correct order, however I paid for overnight and didn't receive until 3 days later????

Online chat service wasn't helpful, but I was able to get a quick email response to answer my question regarding shipping status of my order.
