Ordered replacement pads for our AED they arrived in a timely manner and with no problems.

It broke the first time I had to change out the batteries. The negative battery terminal cam unglued from the internal motherboard. One call to AED Brands and a new one was on the way. A++++++ customer service for AED Brands, not so happy with Cardiac Science quality control.

My order was received quickly and correct.

Everything arrived as ordered and packed well. What baffles me is the inane checkout process at AED Brands. When you type in your phone number on the order form, AED Brands' phone number appears instead no matter how many times you try and input yours. I called AED Brands to let them know this and they nonchalantly said "We've had that problem for some time now.". INEXCUSABLE! It was a real hassle using their website as a result and wasted a great deal of my time. We may NOT order from them again.

I was completely satisfied with the ordering, delivery and overall quality of the product. However, I was not able to find instructions any where on how to remove the old pads by pressing the release on top. . Using a screwdrive certainly did not work I finally reviewed the original instruction booklet. No replacement instructions but in very small print at bottom of Page 2-1 were instructions in section on Setting up the heartStart. Providing a red sticker with the replacement pads would be most helpful as well info in Table of contents.

I received the initial order promptly but was 1 AED pad short and had to call to request the missing pad and I am still waiting to receive that.
