CPR and First Aid Training & Certification

We offer CPR, AED, and first aid certification for groups and individuals. Groups can choose in-person training at their location, a hybrid class, or a virtual class, through the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross, or HSI. Individuals can get certified with our HSI Remote Skills Verification (RSV) course, which pairs online learning with a live skills check over video.

Yes. Group training is our specialty. Our certified instructors come to your office, school, facility, or job site and train your whole team at once. For groups, yes. Our instructors come to you, so the class takes place wherever your team is. Individuals can get certified from home with our Remote Skills Verification course, starting at $115, with no travel required.

CPR, AED, and first aid certification is valid for 2 years. You’ll receive a certification card when you complete the course. We recommend scheduling recertification a month or two before your card expires.

Yes. We offer Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for groups through the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, and HSI. BLS is designed for healthcare teams and covers high-quality CPR for all ages, AED use, bag-mask ventilation, and team-based rescue. BLS certification is valid for 2 years. CPR certification is for workplaces, teachers, coaches, parents, and the general public. BLS certification is a more advanced course for nurses, EMTs, dental staff, and other healthcare providers. It adds team-based rescue and bag-mask ventilation. If your team works in healthcare, you most likely need BLS.

OSHA requires a hands-on skills component for workplace CPR and first aid training. Every class we offer includes a skills session with a certified instructor, either in person or live over video, so it meets OSHA workplace requirements. Online-only courses with no skills check do not.
