1. All returns must be in the original packaging.  Items with damaged packaging will not be accepted.
2. You must call AED brands at 877-231-5222 to receive an RMA number.
3. The merchandise must be complete and include all accessories and manufacturer documentation.
4. You will be responsible for shipping and shipping costs to the AED brands returns department.                             AED brands will not be responsible for the shipment of returned merchandise.
